When placing your votes, it is important to explain why you believe this person should be crowned employee of the quarter. Here is some of the information you should include:

• What has this person done that has helped you or the company reach its goals this quarter? Is it work ethic? Attitude? Teamwork? Include it all!

• How have they contributed to the company values?

• How have they had a positive impact on your/your team?

• You may submit more than one vote and you can vote for the same person more than once but not for the same reason.
  
  
• Multiple votes for the same person for the same reason will equal one vote.
  
  
• The decision to short list is based on the reason for nomination not the amount of nominations.
  
  
• Winners will be selected by Senior Managers of each department on a voting system.
  
  
• Your Senior Manager will be required to pitch for members of their team.
  
  
• If your Senior Manager is not available to complete this then another senior manager will do so.
