Job Title: Health Care Assistant (HCA)
Salary: Hourly pay rates ranging between £14.00 - £18.00 per hour
Contract Type: Full time/Part time/Adhoc Weekly
Shift Pattern: Our average shift duration ranges from 6 – 12 hours meaning you will only ever work with one client per shift so there is requirement to travel continuously to numerous homes.
Location: London, Sussex, Essex and Surrey
Please note: You MUST be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and have a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience. You will also require experience of managing complex service user care needs, including medication administration, and nursing interventions for chronic conditions.

- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing needs of the service.
- Able to provide on-call support during the specified hours (17:00 – 08:30 Monday to Friday, Saturday 0830 to Sunday 0830, Sunday 0830 to Monday 0830. and bank holidays).
Desirable
- Experience in managing Service Users with complex care needs, such as neurological disorders, palliative care, or respiratory support.
- Experience within Clinical Complex Care within the community.
- Previous experience in an on-call or out-of-hours clinical role.
