Care Provision: 24/7 1:1 care
Shift Pattern: 12 hour shifts - 8am-8pm / 8pm - 8pm
Location: Ashford, Kent (Private home setting or nursing home setting)

A new role has become available for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to support a senior woman with complex care needs in Ashford, Kent. Applicants must have complex care experience and be confident with Single Handed Tracheostomy changes.

We are urgently seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support a complex care package for a senior woman in the Ashford, Kent area. This 24/7 package requires 1:1 care in a private home or nursing home setting, with 12-hour day and night shifts available. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience working within complex care in a community or home-based environment, and must have experience with Single Handed Tracheostomy changes to be considered. Additional experience with spinal cord injuries, suctioning, nebuliser care, and cough assist is also essential. Please note we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
