Job Title: Health Care Assistant (HCA)- Complex Care
Salary: £16-£18/hour- PAYE
Contract Type: Full time/Part time/Adhoc Weekly
Shift Pattern: Waking Nights (Monday-Sunday), 4 x 10 hour shifts per week (20:00-06:00)
Location: South East London

A new role has become available for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to provide exceptional home care for a 12-year-old child based in South East London (night shifts).

We are urgently seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support a complex care package for a delightful and engaging 12-year-old female child based in South East London. The service user has a diagnosis of dystonic cerebral palsy, with identified 4 limb motor disorder, predominantly spasticity and global developmental delay. This package requires care in a home setting, with 4 x 10-hour night shifts available. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in complex care within a community or home-based environment and must have previous experience caring for children with similar complex needs - dystonic cerebral palsy. They are also required to have experience with medication via PEG, medication administration and manual handing. Please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
