Job Title: Clinical Lead (Band 7+)

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per annum + mileage

Contract Type: Full time

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (30-minute lunch). Some flexibility required to support care packages and staff sign-offs.

Location: Remote (London-based)

Please note: You MUST be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and have a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience. You will also require experience of managing complex service user care needs, including medication administration, and nursing interventions for chronic conditions.

You'll also carry out nursing assessments, lead supervisions, ensure staff competencies, and drive service improvements through regular reporting.

What will you do?

  • Create Personalised Care Plans:
    Design realistic, tailored care plans centred around each client’s needs and goals.

  • Drive Positive Outcomes:
    Regularly review and adjust care approaches to improve outcomes for clients and their families.

  • Lead Regional Teams: 
    Manage daily operations across the regional care team, ensuring quality and consistency.

  • Support and Inspire Staff:
    Offer guidance and mentorship to care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and pride.

  • Maintain Compliance: 
    Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.

  • Invest in Growth:
    Stay up to date with professional best practices and complete ongoing training for continued development.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • NMC Registration: Must hold an active, unrestricted nursing registration.
  • Community Nursing Expertise: Background in community-based complex care care, particularly supporting individuals with complex care needs, such as neurological disorders, palliative care, or respiratory support.
  • Paediatric & Adult Care: Confident working across all age groups, with training available where required.
  • Collaborative Working: Skilled in building strong relationships with case managers, clinicians, and wider healthcare teams.
  • Quality & Compliance Focus: Dedicated to delivering high standards of care and meeting regulatory requirements.
  • IT Competence: Proficient in using electronic systems and maintaining accurate digital records.
  • Full Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is essential.
  • On-Call Flexibility: Open to taking part in the clinical on-call rota.
