The Academy has been designed to help you gain an understanding of all aspects of recruitment, before placing you in a department that fits your skills and career goals
We have created a programme that is designed for aspiring recruitment professionals to get a step on the ladder without sacrificing pay.
Our Academy programme prepares you with the necessary skills and knowledge needed to perform daily tasks within the recruitment industry. Moreover, our training programmes provide you with extensive knowledge and tools to hit the ground running in your career by giving you access to on the job experience, whilst maintaining secure supervision from industry experts.

Month One - Introduction
Introduction into the business and our market. Our associates will receive an introduction into recruitment and the sales and negotiation techniques that they will build upon throughout the programme.
Month Two - Training
Training will become more specialised. Expanding their skills learnt in month 1 and putting them in to practice by working closely with department leads for some on the job training.

Month Three - Finding the right team
This is a month of finessing everything learned and working closely with the department/departments that best suit the associates’ skills set and where they will start the journey of their new recruitment career.
