You can currently do everything from providing availability in a few clicks to being able to upload timesheets directly from your mobile, but in Version 2 of the App you will be able to do even more, including significant improvements to the current features as well as several new additions! Don't worry, we will let you know when Version 2 is ready to go and we will be on hand as always to help you through the process.

The Day Webster Mobile App has been introduced to give you access to your agency career on the go! From applying for shifts to sending in timesheets, you can now do it all from the palm of your hand.

Availability feature
How to use the
You can now give and update your availability via your mobile in just a few easy clicks!
How to give availability:
Step One: Click the Availability option on the homepage.
Step Two: Using the calendar displayed, select the date you wish to provide availability for.
Step Three: Select the time you are available that day e.g Night
Step Four: If you have already provided preferences you can simply provide the shift type you would like to work and press confirm availability. If you would like to provide availability for a specific hospital, you can do so by selecting the Hospital from the drop down menu and writing the hospital(s)/ward(s) you would like to provide availability for in the preferences box below. You are free to list as many Hospitals/Wards as you wish.
Step Five: Select Save Event to confirm the availability.
Timesheet Upload Feature
How to use the
You can now upload timesheets directly from your mobile using our scan and send timesheet feature.
How to upload a timesheet:
Step One: Click the Timesheet option on the homepage.
Step Two: Select the shift you wish to upload a timesheet for.
Step Three: Complete all fields on the page with the shift information
Step Four: Select the option to upload a timesheet
Step Five: Take a clear photo of your timesheet, ensuring the read box that appears covers the timesheet only.
Step Six: Once the App takes an image of the Timesheet, simply confirm the timesheet upload by clicking save.
iBook feature (NHSP Only)
How to use the
The iBook feature allows you to search for shifts available near you. Here you can simply search and request shifts, notifying your consultant to book you into the placement. At present you can only search and request shifts available via NHSP however in Version 2 of the App you will be able to request all shifts across the UK!
How to search and apply for shifts:
Step One: Visit the iBook feature on the homepage
Step Two: Search for shifts within a certain distance using Location search or search for shifts that match the preferences you gave us using the Preference Search.
Step Three: Once you find a shift you like, simply click 'Request shift)
Step Four: Your consultant will now be notified and will contact you should your shift request be successful.
How to add a self-booked shift:
Step One: Visit the iBook feature on the homepage
Step Two: Select Self Book
Step Three: Complete the form with information regarding the self booked shift.
Step Four: Select Scan Document, and scan an image of the timesheet for the self booked shift.
Step Five: Once the document has uploaded, simply click send.
Preferences feature
How to use the
The preferences feature allows you to state what hospitals you are happy to work at. Once you complete your preferences you can search for shifts that match these preferences using the iBook feature, currently available for NHSP hospitals only.
How to upload a document:
Step One: Click the Preferences option on the iBook page.
Step Two: Select your preferred contact time
Step Three: Select the maximum distance you are happy to work. This distance is calculated in Kilometres from your location.
Step Four: Click Save
Step Five: Select Add Client Preference
Step Six: Select the hospital you wish to add to your preference list.
Now once you complete an iBook shift search via preference, the App will show you available shifts at this Trust.
Document Upload feature
How to use the
Document Scanner allows you to send in everything from compliance to timesheet documents straight from your smartphone!
How to upload a document:
Step One: Click the Document Scanner option on the homepage.
Step Two: Select where you would like to send the document e.g Compliance
Step Three: Select the type of document you are uploading
Step Four: Write a description of the document you are uploading and why you are uploading this document.
Step Five: Simply select scan document to open the mobile scanner feature.
Step Six: Once the App takes an image of the document, simply confirm the document upload by clicking save.
Messaging feature
How to use the
You can now message your consultant or compliance officer in real-time using the Mobile App's messaging feature.
How to send a message:
Step One: Click the Messages option on the homepage.
Step Two: Type your message
Step Three: Simply click send!
Your message will be automatically directed to your relevant team member. From here, you can chat live.
My Shifts feature
How to use the
View your latest booked shifts using the My Shifts page. A quick and easy way to stay up to date with your latest placements.
How to view booked shifts:
Step One: Click the My Shifts option on the homepage.
Here you will see all booked shifts listed by date. This page will display shift time, date and ward.
