What do you need to bring on the day?

To ensure we can get your registered and compliant within one day, please ensure you have all the following documents. If you need help collecting these documents, please get in touch.

• Updated CV (must contain at least one year Care/Hospital experience)
• DBS – please provide me with a DBS Certificate which is on the Update Service. Please scan the front & back pages.
• 2 x Proof of Addresses – Send a utility/council tax bill/ bank statement/Drivers License dated within the last 3 months.
• National Insurance – please provide a copy of your NI card/P60/HMRC Letter. (If you are sending your NI Card, please make sure all 4 corners are visible. We can’t accept a payslip)
• Online Training – please complete the online training as soon as possible through the Day Webster Portal. Link - https://my.daywebster.com/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2F •
• 1 x Reference – as discussed, please send me your referee’s Working Email Address.
• Passport - please provide me with a copy of your Passport (Inside & Front Cover) or Bio-Metric Card (BRP)
• Passport sized photo
