Team Manager | West London

This role will be instrumental in leading the delivery of an integrated service, enabling enhanced working between primary care and secondary mental health services.

The manager will lead a team that provides flexible and proactive community-based mental health care for people with moderate to severe mental illnesses across a range of diagnoses and needs. Your teams will combine new resource with existing teams e.g. primary care mental health and recovery teams.

To be responsible for a defined cluster of teams, in this instance, PCN aligned clinicians within a particular community locality, providing high quality services within the resources available. These teams are multi-disciplinary and care group specific

The post holder is responsible for a cluster of teams within a specific care group, is accountable to the Service Manager.
The delivery of high quality services through the management and deployment of both health and social services resources within a defined budget.
Lead the Clinical Improvement Groups and facilitate clinicians/practitioners to become involved in service planning and decision making.
Ensure recommendations from Serious Untoward Incidents (SUIs), near misses, complaints and other incidents are implemented.
