Hospital Manager position:

Description:

• You will be responsible for the day to day management of the site. You will work with and be supported by your local Area Manager and by the board, specifically the Chief Operational Officer to oversee the hospital and ensure it is CQC compliant.
  
  
• You will act as a mentor to your team members, ensuring colleagues and new members of staff are provided with the support to succeed.
  
  
• You will ensure that performance monitoring standards are adhered to and the highest standards of care are maintained. You will also ensure nursing teams deliver effective patient care by providing exemplary clinical care.
  
  
• You will seek to improve services and support the efficient use of resources and you will provide highly visible leadership of SpaMedica clinical workforce and foster a culture which values continuing professional development that empowers the team to achieve an excellence in the delivery of patient care.
